What you need to know about hayya card your only door to Qatar's World Cup 2022!

No Visa is needed to attend the FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 in Qatar, did you that?  You will need a Hayya card instead, and this what you want to know about it.

-What is Hayya card?

Hayya card is a fan ID that is technically known as a smart technology personalized document. It is required along with an applicable match ticket by every attendee to access Qatar WORLD CUP 2022 stadiums.

-What are Hayya card services?

If you have a Hayya card you will be able to enter the stadiums (after purchasing a ticket), in addition to free access to public transportation during match days as well as smart journey planning via Hayya App. On the other hand, if you are an international fan the Hayya card will be an entry permit to Qatar for you, so if you want to go to Qatar between November 1, 2022, and January 23, 2022, you will need to apply for Hayya card whether you are an attendee or not for the Qatar World Cup 2022.

Note you need to know:

.FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 Hayya card will not take place of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Hayya card, so you want to register for a new Hayya card for the World Cup.

-How to apply for a  Hayya card?

Visit qataar2022.qa to create a Hayya account by inserting your details, then add the OTP sent to your email and apply for your Hayya card using your ticket application number and a high-quality photo.

If you live in Qatar provide only your QID number and date of birth. You can also get a physical Hayya card from designated service centres.

If you are an international fan upload your passport, this will be recognized automatically and added to your application, then submit your application to receive updates on your Hayya card App (available on Android and IOS to be downloaded) by email. All full approved fans will get a digital version of Hayya card.

Note: international fans can still apply for Hayya card without confirming accommodation arrangements, however you need to finalize your accommodation arrangements which will be automatically validated prior to receiving your final Hayya card approval.

-How much does Hayya card costs?

As long as you have a match ticket and booked accommodation there are no additional fees paid to get a Hayya card.
