Manchester United 2-0 PAOK: Amad Diallo Double Seals First Europa League Win of the Season for United

Amad Diallo’s double gave Manchester United a 2-0 home victory over PAOK to ensure the team claimed their first UEFA Europa League victory this campaign after three successive draws. United fans left the stadium happy, optimistic that this victory marks a new change in form as the team anticipates the arrival of Ruben Amorim whose appointment is scheduled for the 12th of November. As Manchester United tickets are in high demand, the fans are buying their seats from 1BoxOffice.

In a slow first half that saw few goal-scoring opportunities, United stunned their opponents when Amad put the ball in the back of the net after a great outside loop header in the 50th minute. The young winger did well reading the cross and rising to nod United into the lead. His second goal was a beauty. Charging forward fiercely, Amad recovered the ball from a defender from PAOK and fired a left-footed shot outside the box. A slight chip allowed the ball to go to the bottom corner and that was how United got their much-needed three points.

United have started to perform better under Ruud van Nistelrooy's interim management, and fans will expect the same when Amorim takes over. Van Nistelrooy hugged Amad as he left the field and seemed satisfied with the youngster's and the rest of the team's performance. United now has six points in the Europa League, and that will help them as they seek to go further in the tournament.

The atmosphere at the Old Trafford was electrifying, fans were happy to see the talent of Amad has been unleashed. While the team is waiting for Ruben Amorim to take charge, fans of the Red Devils are expecting only the best. With United’s form being as good as it is and a new manager on the horizon, people are eager to see more – to watch Manchester United games in person, be sure to buy your Manchester United tickets at 1BoxOffice.
