The Japanese star showcased his composure, delicately chipping the ball over Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez to give Brighton a 2-1 lead.
Chelsea FC pushed for an equalizer, but despite their efforts, they struggled to break down Brighton’s well-organized defense.
