After United pushed forward in search of an equalizer, their skipper Bruno Fernandes was shown a straight red card for a terrible foul that saw him receive his second yellow card of the match.

But even when they were a man down, United did not relinquish. Substitute Harry Maguire, who has been mostly criticized in recent times, rose to the occasion in the last gasp of the match. The giant defender outjumped the Porto defense team to head in a Christian Eriksen corner in the 91^st minute to give Manchester United that much-needed draw in an exhilarating match that ended 3-3.
